Our History

Chalco Qingdao International Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called ”Chalco Trading Qingdao”)  is a state-owned international trading enterprise with majority shares held by China Aluminum International Trading Group Co., Ltd. The company’s predecessor was Chalco (Shandong) International Trading Co., Ltd. (Oct 2005 - Jul 2012) and in 2012 it was reorganized to Chalco Qingdao International Trading Co., Ltd. Chalco Trading Qingdao now plays a role as the exclusive trading channel dealing with importing and exporting for Chinalco.

Our Factory

Chalco has two production bases of Alumina chemicals: Chalco Shandong and Chalco Zhongzhou. Both plants possess the complete chain including mining, refining, processing, R&D, and manufacturing. Total capacity of Alumina chemicals has reached up to 1,200,000 tons per year.

Our Product

Ordinary Aluminium Hydroxide, High Whiteness Aluminium Hydroxide for filler, Ultra Fine Aluminium Hydroxide, Zeolite, Calcined Alumina, Activated alumina, Pseudo-boehmite, Poly Aluminum Chloride.

Product Application

Ordinary aluminium hydroxide: aluminum sulfate, water treatment industry.

Aluminium hydroxide: SMC/BMC, Solid surface, artificial marble. 

Ultra fine aluminium hydroxide: as flame retardant and filler in cable&wire, rubber, foam insulation, silastic paper-making and PVC industries.

Zeolite: detergent powder, PVC stabilizer, molecular sieve.

Calcined alumina: refractories, ceramics, specials ceramics, polishing.

Activated alumina: Absorbent, Catalyst carrier.

Pseudo-boehmite: for the production of Catalyst carrier.

Poly Aluminum Chloride: Drinking Water Treatment, Industrial Water Treatment.
